The food isn’t just good — it’s good for you. Fisherman’s Lifeboat Menu is endorsed by the International Heart and Lung Institute for heart-healthy entrées all under 200 calories. Patrons order directly from an efficient counter staff, and food is delivered to the table straight from the open kitchen. Every dish is cooked to order in the method of your choice — fried in 100% cholesterol-free canola oil, charbroiled, or finished on the Boston Grille.

Fisherman’s Market & Grill has four convenient locations. Both the Palm Desert and La Quinta locations are in neighborhood shopping plazas with ample parking. The downtown Palm Springs store sports a fun and funky cocktail and oyster bar, Shanghai Reds, where the late-night crowd can eat and drink until midnight. The newest location in Banning offers both sit-down dining and drive-thru options just off Interstate 10.
